"I had a great experience with Stephanie at State Farm. She was extremely helpful with my mother’s insurance policy and took the time to explain everything clearly in Spanish, which meant a lot to us since my mom only speaks Spanish. "I am extremely disappointed with how my policy was handled. I made my payment on time yet my policy was canceled for “non-payment.” I provided my bank statement showing proof that the payment was made and even requested a three-way call with my bank to verify the transaction. Instead of properly resolving the issue, my policy was closed and I wasn’t notified and I had to find new insurance and pay 2300 to start my new insurance policy and now I received a reinstatement letter from State Farm Any Karol office requiring six months of premium upfront. By March 21 This feels unfair and punitive, especially considering that I fulfilled my payment responsibility. This situation caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I expected better communication, proper payment verification procedures, and fair treatment as a customer who has been with this office since 2019 I hope this company reviews how situations like this are handled so other customers do not experience the same issue. At this point, I am exploring my options moving forward with the situation because I feel targeted This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer service and proper investigation before canceling a paid policy."
