"I am extremely disappointed with how my policy was handled. I made my payment on time yet my policy was canceled for “non-payment.” I provided my bank statement showing proof that the payment was made and even requested a three-way call with my bank to verify the transaction.
Instead of properly resolving the issue, my policy was closed and I wasn’t notified and I had to find new insurance and pay 2300 to start my new insurance policy and now I received a reinstatement letter from State Farm Any Karol office requiring six months of premium upfront. By March 21 This feels unfair and punitive, especially considering that I fulfilled my payment responsibility.
This situation caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I expected better communication, proper payment verification procedures, and fair treatment as a customer who has been with this office since 2019 I hope this company reviews how situations like this are handled so other customers do not experience the same issue.
At this point, I am exploring my options moving forward with the situation because I feel targeted This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer service and proper investigation before canceling a paid policy."

"The first message was from a previous time where they saved me and helped me out tremendously so thank you to Samantha Who is my introduction to State Farm And then I got to meet the rest of the team Stephanie, who also is a superstar, and Renée Who hooked me up with the last and final code I needed. I’ve never experienced an office with such a great lineup, friendly kind, caring going above and beyond if I may say, I recently had an insurance lapse That I didn’t catch in time and I was so confused how to go through the whole process they said they walked me through. They called the DMV for me. They got me information I needed. When the problem was with (Really started by a totally different insurance company who dropped me out of the blue And didn’t inform me ) So Amy Carroll- State Farm team didn’t have to do any of this, but they did it on their own will because they Provide the best customer service I’ve seen.

"What a pleasure it was to have RJ help me set up my VERY FIRST renters policy! Understandably, I really didn’t even know where to start… What was I covering, how much did I need, and more importantly… what DIDNT I need? Everything is so expensive as it is, and RJ made sure I had just the right amount of coverage for my precious belongings and the peace of mind to go along with it. He set me up with auto payments because knowing me, I’ll definitely forget! Best part about it all, I didn’t have to scream “speak to a representative” 100 times because RJ is a real person that you can talk to and he’s a great listener.
